Does Taskrol sync with QuickBooks?
There is no direct QuickBooks sync. Taskrol exports the period as a CSV with one row per job — revenue, margin, parts cost, taxes, tips, payment method, and card net received — which is what most bookkeepers want anyway, and it imports into the accounting system you already use.
What can I filter before exporting?
Period (today, last week, this month, this year, or a custom range), technician, and payment method — cash, card, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, bank transfer. The export contains exactly the rows and columns you left on screen.
Where do margin numbers come from?
From parts and costs attached to jobs — so reports reflect what you spent, not a disconnected dashboard estimate.
Can I see today's revenue on my phone?
Yes. Daily and period stats are available on mobile between calls, with deeper spreadsheet-style views on web.
Can I export reports to CSV?
Yes. The web report has a Download CSV button, and the file matches the table in front of you — the period, filters, and columns you selected.
Do inventory and jobs feed the same reports?
